Our Services

SpearAI provides lead-generation services for home service businesses, including pressure washing, landscaping, and water filtration companies.

The Guarantee

SpearAI's core offer is: at least 100 leads within 30 days of campaign launch, or a full refund.

- A lead is defined as a contact who has shown interest in your offer through a SpearAI campaign.

- If your campaign does not generate at least 100 leads within 30 days of launch, you are entitled to a full refund.

- Refund requests are processed within 7 days of the request.

Specific terms of service agreements between SpearAI and individual clients (covering payment, scope of work, and campaign details) will be governed by a separate signed agreement between the parties. These Terms apply to general use of the website and booking process.

By booking a call or submitting a form on our website, you consent to be contacted by SpearAI via phone, email, and/or SMS regarding your inquiry, in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

No Guarantee of Outcomes Beyond Stated Offer

Other than the specific guarantee described above, SpearAI makes no other guarantees regarding business outcomes, revenue, or results. Individual results may vary based on numerous factors outside SpearAI's control, including but not limited to market conditions, client responsiveness, and how leads are handled once delivered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpearAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, beyond the refund remedy described in the Guarantee section above.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the SpearAI name and mark, is the property of SpearAI and may not be used without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
